The CCIM Foundation’s CCIM Course Scholarship Program was created to support qualified real estate professionals in their efforts to achieve the CCIM designation. Recipients shall exemplify experience and qualifications commensurate with CCIM Institute standards. Scholarship Value:
- The Carmela Ma, CCIM Endowment - $1500.00
- The Sharon Carz, CCIM Endowment - $1000.00
The recipient will receive a maximum of $1,500.00 for Carmela Ma, CCIM Endowment, and $1000.00 for Sharon Carz, CCIM Endowment (“Award”) to reimburse the cost of one of the following CCIM designation courses: CI 101, CI 102, CI 103, or CI 104. Such Award shall be payable upon receipt of evidence of recipient’s passing course grade. The recipient will be responsible for any costs/fees beyond the scholarship amount, if applicable.
ABOUT THE CCIM FOUNDATION
The CCIM Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. The Mission of the CCIM Foundation is to advance and foster commercial real estate education through scholarships, programs and initiatives.

These scholarships were created to support qualified real estate professionals in their efforts to achieve the CCIM designation. The recipient’s qualifications should be generally commensurate with the standards, achievements, reputation, and stature of CCIM Institute professionals.
SELECTION CRITERIA
Includes the following:
- Each applicant shall demonstrate a commitment to a real estate brokerage career (See application).
- Each applicant shall be a dues-paying member of the Greater Los Angeles CCIM Chapter (See application).
- All applicants shall demonstrate a need for financial assistance.
