Scholarships Now Available

2025 CCIM COURSE SCHOLARSHIP TUITION FOR: CI 101, CI 102, CI 103, OR CI 104 

The CCIM Foundation’s CCIM Course Scholarship Program was created to support qualified real estate professionals in their efforts to achieve the CCIM Designation. Recipients shall exemplify experience and qualifications commensurate with CCIM Institute standards.

This endowment is designed to encourage active CCIM Candidates to complete their core courses. The recipient will be reimbursed the tuition for one of the core courses (CI 101,102, 103, or 104), up to $1,500.00 for The Carmela Ma, CCIM Endowment, and $1,000.00 for The Sharon Carz, CCIM Endowment. Reimbursement of course tuition shall be issued upon receipt of documentation evidencing the successful completion of the class.

The CCIM Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. The Mission of the CCIM Foundation is to advance and foster commercial real estate education through scholarships, programs, and initiatives.

The Carmela Ma, CCIM Endowment - $1,500 TOWARDS CCIM CLASSES

The Sharon Carz, CCIM Endowment - $1,000 TOWARDS CCIM CLASSES

The Carmela Ma, CCIM Endowment and The Sharon Carz, CCIM Endowment were created to support qualified real estate professionals in their efforts to achieve the CCIM Designation. The recipient’s qualifications should be generally commensurate with the standards, achievements, reputation, and stature of CCIM Institute professionals.

SELECTION CRITERIA

Includes the following:

- Each applicant should be able to demonstrate a commitment to their commercial real estate career (see application).

- Each applicant should be able to demonstrate active involvement as a member in good standing with the Greater Los Angeles CCIM Chapter (see application).

- The recipient of this scholarship must demonstrate a need for financial assistance.

SCHOLARSHIP VALUE:

The recipient will receive a maximum of $1,500.00 for The Carmela Ma, CCIM Endowment and $1,000.00 for The Sharon Carz, CCIM Endowment to reimburse the cost of one of the following CCIM designation courses: CI 101, CI 102, CI 103, or CI 104. Such Award shall be payable upon receipt of evidence of the recipient’s passing course grade. The recipient will be responsible for any costs/fees beyond the Scholarship amount, if applicable.
