David K. Hyun, MBA, AIA, CCIM

David has 30 years of experience in City Planning, Architecture, Project Strategy, and Feasibility, Real Estate Financing, and Real Estate Development and Real Estate Investment Sales. David Hyun is a Licensed Architect and Real Estate Broker. He is knowledgeable in Land Assessment, Feasibility, Entitlements, and Contract Negotiations for new construction projects. David Hyun received his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation on April 11, 2018.

Jeffrey A. Gould, CCIM, CPM, LEED, AP

Jeff is Principal and Founder of Lineage Asset Advisors which is a consulting, asset management, and transaction advisory firm based in Los Angeles. Jeff consults with multi-generational families, family offices, and developers that own and operate commercial real estate to develop customized succession plans with their properties from generation to generation. These succession plans provide strategic guidance on both the property dynamics and the family dynamics at play.
