2022 CCIM COURSE SCHOLARSHIP FULL TUITION FOR: CI 101, CI 102, CI 103, OR CI 104

The CCIM Foundation’s CCIM Course Scholarship Program was created to support qualified real estate professionals in their efforts to achieve the CCIM designation. Recipients shall exemplify experience and qualifications commensurate with CCIM Institute standards.
This endowment is designed to promote active CCIM Candidates to complete their core courses. The recipient will be reimbursed the tuition for one of the core courses (CI 101, 102, 103, or 104), up to $1,500.00. The reimbursement will take place once proof of successful completion of the course is provided.
ABOUT THE CCIM FOUNDATION
The CCIM Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. The Mission of the CCIM Foundation is to advance and foster commercial real estate education through scholarships, programs, and initiatives.
SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM GUIDELINES
$ 1,500 TOWARDS CCIM CLASSES
The Carmela Ma Endowment was created to support qualified real estate professionals in their efforts to achieve the CCIM designation. The recipient’s qualifications should be generally commensurate with the standards, achievements, reputation and stature of CCIM Institute professionals.
SELECTION CRITERIA
Includes the following:
- Each applicant should be able to demonstrate a commitment to their commercial real estate career (see application).
- Each applicant should be able to demonstrate active involvement as a member in good standing with the Greater Los Angeles CCIM Chapter (see application).
- The recipient of this scholarship must demonstrate a need for financial assistance.
SCHOLARSHIP VALUE $1500.00:
The recipient will receive a maximum of $1,500.00 (“Award”) to reimburse the cost of one of the following CCIM designation courses: CI 101, CI 102, CI 103, or CI 104. Such Award shall be payable upon receipt of evidence of recipient’s passing course grade. The recipient will be responsible for any costs/fees beyond $1,500.00, if applicable.
