ABOUT ME
Danny was born and raised in Los Angeles. He purchased his first home in 1978 and fell in love with real estate. While in business for over 25 years, Danny purchased and sold numerous residential and commercial properties as an investor, giving him a unique ability to understand the industry from both the home owner and investors perspective. In 2002 Danny went into real estate full time. Working at commercial and residential brokerage firms gives him a full understanding of the real estate market. Danny also ran the asset management division of a mid-sized firm for 8 years. In 2008 RPM was created and Danny opened offices in the South Bay in 2014, where is also lives. Danny is hands on and oversees the commercial, management and residential divisions of RPM. Danny is a member of CCIM. IREM, BOMA, NAR, CAR and sits on the commercial committee of the South Bay Board of Realtors.
Danny works with individuals, families and syndicates to create wealth through real estate. Understanding the goals of each client, Danny works with his team to find the right investment, be it retail, industrial, office or multi-family. Danny owns and operates RPM Realty, Inc which has offices in Southern California and Las Vegas, Nevada. Subsidiary groups RPM Commercial Real Estate and RPM Property Management are responsible for all aspects of purchasing, leasing and managing our clients’ investments. RPM is actively engaged in building a group of seasoned agents to assist with each of our clients’ individual real estate needs. Danny is highly experienced in the management and sales of properties from 250,000 square foot centers to small apartment complexes.
