ABOUT ME
With an emphasis on building long term value for clients, Jeff Albee has managed the sale and lease of more than $1.5 billion dollars of real estate investment assets – over 20 million square feet.
Jeff has amassed over 30 years of real estate brokerage experience leading and consulting clients through complex commercial real estate transactions. He utilizes this diverse expertise to guide investors and their families through every step of complex sale, purchase and trade deals, coaching those new to investment real estate and offering hands-on counsel to experienced owners in times of transition.
He specializes in advising multi-generational real estate families on a broad range of real estate investment strategies.
Jeff began his working career with the United States Air Force, working his way up to the rank of Sergeant (non-commissioned officer). His experience as a veteran guides his thorough attention to detail, dedication to honesty and integrity, and his respect for his team members, clients and their families.
Jeff’s real estate career began at Cushman & Wakefield where he specialized in selling and leasing medical office buildings in the San Fernando Valley. By providing his clients with the highest level of service and diligently working to maximize the return on their investments, he distinguished himself as a sought-after agent and consultant.
Jeff has consistently ranked as a “Top Advisor,” distinguishing him as one of the top investment real estate advisors in the greater Los Angeles area.
The Los Angeles Business Journal named Jeff one of the “Most Influential Brokers in the Greater Los Angeles Area”. He is widely regarded in commercial real estate circles as one of the industry’s most talented and prolific professionals.
In 2017, Jeff was elected by his peers to be the President of the Los Angeles Chapter of CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member), a worldwide community of the leading experts in commercial investment real estate. He remains a member of the Los Angeles Chapter’s Board of Directors. In 2022 Jeff was again elected president of the LA Chapter of CCIM.
