2021 Midyear Governance Meetings
Join us for CCIM Institute’s 2021 Midyear Governance Meetings. Held twice a year, these meetings empower institute members to shape the future of the organization and its role in the commercial real estate industry. In response to COVID-19 and restrictions put into place by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, this year's Midyear Governance Meetings will be held in a combination of virtual and hybrid formats. All sessions will be available virtually, with sessions on April 19-21 available in a hybrid format.

As we close in on the one-year mark of COVID-19 disrupting our world in ways we never imagined, we recognize that each of our members have had unique experiences based on where they live, loved ones affected, professional impact, and more. These individual experiences result in different views about how CCIM Institute moves forward, now that vaccines are available and we are seeing a decline in cases in many areas. Our Midyear Governance Meetings have provided the opportunity to explore creative formats that consider the diverse needs of our members. We want those who are comfortable meeting in person to have that opportunity, while giving those who aren't, especially due to health concerns, the ability to participate. This has led to the creation of our first ever true hybrid meetings.
