ABOUT ME
Our Real Estate Wealth Management Team at SVN has a wide variety of knowledge and experience in commercial real estate and residential investments. Our team is composed of highly experienced professionals, several of whom are CCIMs.
Sharon’s commercial real estate career started in 2001 at CBRE specializing in office properties. Following that, she apprenticed at NAI Capital and worked with institutional clients on multi-family development projects from land acquisition/lease-up and sale to one of the first mixed-use properties developed in Los Angeles on Wilshire Boulevard.
During the 2008 market downturn, Sharon represented major financial institutions helping them dispose of their distressed (REO), multi-family and retail commercial assets. She is also an investor in commercial properties.
In the current market, Sharon's local Los Angeles focus is on Buyer/Seller representation for Multi-family, Sr. Housing development and Site Selection.
Also, exclusive Buyer representation nationwide for NNN and 1031 Up-leg acquisitons
Sharon has served as the CCIM Greater Los angeles Chapter as President in 2016 and 2018. She is currently 2020 CCIM Regional Vice President and a member of the National Board of Directors.
