Patsy Ma, _{MBA, CCIM, CRRP, CRX, CLS} is president and founder of BP International, Inc., bringing to her clients a wealth of expertise and experience.

With a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from the University of Southern California and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Loyola Marymount University, Patsy developed her business savvy securing exclusive agency contracts from United States manufacturers and marketing their products in the Far East.

In 1983, she entered the world of commercial real estate, securing a position as Leasing Agent for a major shopping center developer. By 1985, Patsy was promoted to Director of Leasing for the company, responsible for hiring and training in-house leasing agents for shopping centers throughout Los Angeles and Orange County. Her previous overseas experience proved vital, as she successfully marketed the company’s shopping center portfolio to buyers throughout Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia. In just one year, Patsy was promoted to Special Projects Development, interfacing with architects and city officials, and supervising construction, leasing, finance packaging and marketing.

By 1988, Patsy had stepped out on her own, founding BP International, Inc., what is now a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in professional services for commercial property owners and investors throughout Southern California. With a strong portfolio that includes some of the region’s premiere shopping centers, medical centers and office buildings. BP International, Inc. provides professional service in leasing, investment sales, asset management and property management.

Patsy takes pride in managing commercial projects for corporations, financial institutions and individual investors; handling investment sales; providing real estate advisory services for property owners and working with financial institutions on troubled assets. BP International’s professional and targeted marketing system has impressed countless clients in all spectrum of Commercial Real Estate.

A published author and active member of the commercial real estate brokerage community, Patsy is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute, a designation less than five percent of brokers have achieved. She holds the prestigious designation as Certified Retail Real Estate Professional (CRRP), Certified Retail Property Executive (CRX) and Certified Leasing Specialist (CLS) from the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and was named a 2011, 2012, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 CoStar Power Broker by CoStar Group (NASDAQ: CSGP), commercial real estate’s leading independent research firm, among many other honors.

Previous to a full time carrier in real estate, Danny was involved in import/export, manufacturing and retail clothing sales and finance from 1975-2001

Purchased first property in 1978. Owned and managed property as an investor with father and limited partnerships.

Retired 2001. Received  real estate license in 2002.

Received CCIM in 2007.

Worked at Westcord Commercial, Coldwell Banker, CBM and illi Commercial as head of sales and management before opening office in El Segundo in 2014.

Founded RPM in 2006. Owns and operates RPM with offices in Los Angeles and Las Vegas.

South Bay Board of Realtor Commercial Realtor of the Year 2018

CCIM LA Board member 2019. Drafted in 2020 to take over as treasurer.

Oversees a small group of dedicated agents and property managers. Danny has works with banks, receivers and primarily works with savvy investors to purchase and manage all asset classes, as well as helping families evaluate their real estate assets.

Stephen J. Donell, CPM®, ARM®, CCIM is President of both Jalmar Properties. Inc., and FedReceiver, Inc. both of which are based in Los Angeles, California. Mr. Donell has administered and/or been appointed as a receiver in over 700 cases. Mr. Donell has decades of experience in receivership matters involving residential and commercial real estate, asset and business operations and liquidations, oil and gas partnerships, post judgment enforcement actions, hotel/motel, assisted living facilities, single family and condominium construction completion/entitlements, gas station/c-stores, marital dissolutions, sub-standard housing, complex partnership disputes and appointments in federal court as receiver in numerous actions filed by the United States Securities and Exchange Commission, the Federal Trade Commission and other government enforcement actions. He is a past Co-President of the Los Angeles/Orange County chapter of the California Receivers Forum (CRF) and the second President of National Association of Federal Equity Receivers (NAFER). Jalmar, an Accredited Management Organization through IREM, has managed in excess of 10,000 apartment units and 6 million SF of commercial property in the western US. He also serves as a property management expert witness and is President of Donell Expert Services, Inc.

As the founding member of the Williams Capital Group, Francisco has been responsible for establishing the foundation for the firm’s core investment philosophy. Under Francisco’s leadership, Williams Capital Group has launched its first fund vehicle in addition to structuring a strategic partnership to provide deal origination and loan servicing to institutional investors with Capital Direct Funding. As Williams Capital Group’s CEO, Francisco is responsible for oversight of all aspects of the firm and is embedded in the capital formation and execution of each of the strategies the firm undertakes.

Francisco began his career in Mortgage Banking origination at Capital Direct Funding, Inc., as part of a team that serviced real estate principals throughout California. In 2015, Francisco transitioned into Commercial Real Estate Brokerage working as an Investment Analyst. While expanding his expertise, Francisco has completed and advised an excess of $100 M in CRE transaction volume.

Francisco is an active member of the Certified Commercial Real Estate Member Institute (CCIM), Urban Land Institute (ULI), and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).  Francisco currently sits on the board of CCIM Greater Los Angeles Chapter. He previously held a seat on the board of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP-LA) and East Valley Boys and Girls Club. Francisco graduated from the University of California, Irvine with a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies. He holds global designations of the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Associate of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and is a California Licensed Real Estate Broker.
